Pending support tickets
Due to a human error from one of our junior staff members some pending tickets was mistakenly deleted from our system, if you have opened a ticket and not gotten a reply please submit your ticket request once again.
Steps have naturally been taken to avoid this happening again.

Issues checking out with creditcard payment
Due to recent changes in our backend system, checkouts using creditcard when running Internet Explorer or Safari are currently not working properly.
Please make sure that you use either Chrome or Firefox when checking out with a Creditcard to ensure the best experience.
